Updates

Hi everyone! :wave:

It just occurred to me that I haven't updated my journal in months. Oops. :) I am around here every day, but lately I've been messing with #GimmeFeedback more than my own art. We (#GimmeFeedback) are now a group, going with the new group system! We're beta testing (alpha testing actually) this new group system, and it has been both wonderful and overwhelming. Those of you who run groups are going to LOVE this system. It is SO much easier because members can just contribute their own art (which you approve or reject). So, the :+fav: and :+devwatch: and all that go straight to the artist. It is SO much easier and faster, and there's no countless hours of uploading stuff to a shared group account. :boogie:

So, in any case, I am REALLY sorry I have not been around this account more, admiring your beautiful artwork. You guys never cease to amaze me with your talent.

About #GimmeFeedback . . . Anyone can join, just by :+devwatch:ing the group. It's a place where you can go to receive constructive criticism on your work as well as critique others' work. It actually works pretty well; we have some awesome members. Come see!

What else is new? Hmm . . . rocked the GRE! :headbang: I did well enough to get into pretty much any grad school I want to go to. But finances are a problem. :cry: So, it may be another year before I get to go. :frustrated: Guess it's an issue of hanging in there. Stupid economy!

So, what are you all doing for Halloween?????

Well in designing a image suitable for one of the web sites. I have tales and stories of which i incorporate into the web sites for the people to follow during their "treasure hunting" or quest, hence the name community quest. What i need is one main character image for each section, ie: Dragon, Wizard, Fairy and Goblin.
If you have such images that you would allow me to use then that would be great, its just that i thought you would only "commision" such a image for use on a web site.
I have images there at the moment, along with the designers permission, but i hope to take this forward eventually as a small source of income, where i would like to know that i would not be harrassed by copyrighting issues.

If not then no problem, but congrats on having great art work and hope to here from you soon.

Hi, It really depends. I know that sucks! But I haven't had a lot of time to do art these days. I personally have no problem with it whatsoever, but it's the stock artists who do not want to see their faces all over the net. I think we could talk to some of them ahead of time and let them know what we had in mind, then move forward rather than asking retroactively. What do you think?
